Development Philosophy
Our product teams always strive to work closely with the flight segment developers and operators. Our goal is a collegial working environment and a free exchange of ideas, desires, and complaints between the ITOS Group and our users.
We work with our customers to identify priorities and schedule work. Multiple new requirements, other enhancements, and bug fixes are always in progress for all products.
The product teams always seeks to implement new requirements in mission-neutral, general-purpose ways. If we can provide a general facility to meet a mission-specific requirement for a reasonable cost and schedule, we will do so. Except for generational differences, all missions are supported from a single code base for each product. We do not provide dead-end branches to our customers!
We continually advance our mature products so they can continue to support future missions.
